My, my, my, mojito
Ok. So where I am in the world, it's 3:05am on the 2nd of January 2007. You could say it's a little late to ring in the new year with a fabulous cocktail, couldn't you?

I'll ignore my own question and instead post a comment about my favourite kind of cocktail. I'm talking about the mojito.

My favourite Christmas/New Year/Summer (let's remember I'm in the Southern Hemisphere, shall we?) cocktail, is the mojito. If you're also a fan, check out this recipe. This drink just screams "summer" and "fun" to me. How about you?

P.S. I'm not usually a fan of Bacardi, but their website is pretty funky. I like it, I do.

I love Mojitos. I haven't had one in a long time, though. I've been on too much of a White Russian kick lately.
